In this informational and hands-on workshop, taught by Barb Burwell, you will learn what’s needed to get you started making your own delicious batches of fermented beverages, kimchi, condiments, and krauts at home. Other methods of creating probiotic rich foods will be discussed as well. You’ll be making your own jar of sauerkraut to take home. Samples will be available to taste, too!
More about the instructor and the class can be read here on their blog.
